1. Returns:
1.1 Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged.
1.2 Return Policy for customized items:
- Eligibility: Customized items are eligible for return if there is a defect or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized items due to a change of mind or personal preference.
- Timeframe:Â Please initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
- Conditions:Â The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
1.3 Return Policy for Ready-Made Items:
- Eligibility:Â Ready-made items are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions:Â To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Change of Mind: If you’ve had a change of heart, you can still return the ready-made item within the specified return period. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team by sending an email to support@madomarche.com or fill the request form on the Contact Us page. Provide your order number and details about the issue.
- Submit Photos (if applicable): If there’s a defect or damage, attaching clear photos will help us assess the issue more efficiently.
- Wait for Authorization:Â Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is authorized.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it’s protected during transit.
2. Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will assess the condition and process a refund as Madomarche credit on your Madomarche account unless you request a refund to the original payment method.
2.1 Eligibility:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds are issued for the product’s purchase price; shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.2 Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within [7-14 working days] after receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be credited to your Madomarche account or to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item following our return & refund policy.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item and we will guide you through the replacement process.
5. Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the in-production order confirmation mail. After this time frame, the order is processed for production, and cancellations may not be possible.
- Once the production process begins you will receive a confirmation mail and cancellations may not be possible.
- Â To Cancel an order go to your Madomarche account Dashboard select Orders pick the required order you want to cancel and click on cancel request.
